30-Day Return and Full Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your pickleball paddle, you have the option to return it within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date for a complete refund. In order to qualify for a full refund, your paddle must be returned new/lightly used and in a saleable condition with original packaging (box/cover/case/etc.) Any equipment returned in a used condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If equipment is returned in unusable condition, a refund will not be issued.
Bison Paddles reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered under our refund policy.
Six-Month Warranty for Full Replacement
In addition to our return policy, we offer a six-month warranty on all pickleball paddles. This warranty is a testament to our trust in the quality of our products. If your paddle experiences any manufacturer defects within six months from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a free replacement. We value your trust and rely on your genuine concerns when assessing warranty claims.
Warranty Limitations and Conditions
Our warranty policy covers manufacturer defects that impact the paddle's performance. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or any alterations to the paddle are not included. Please refer to the following list for what is and what is not covered by our warranty policy
What is covered:
- Surface delamination
- Loose or detached edge guard
- Handle failure during gameplay
What is not covered:
- Normal Wear and Tear (fading graphics, grit wear, scratches, etc.)
- Abuse and/or negligence
- Lack of proof of purchase

To initiate a return or warranty claim, first review the return criteria and then follow these steps:
If you ordered off Amazon:
Please follow the relevant return instructions through Amazon.
If you ordered off the website:
Reach out to our Customer Service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Don't forget to attach clear photos of the paddle's condition with the original packaging.
We will then guide you through the return, including assisting you with a return shipping label.
Upon receiving the returned paddle we will promptly assess the paddle's condition. If the paddle fits within the return criteria provided, we will proceed with issuing a partial or full refund.
To initiate a warranty claim, first review the warranty criteria and then follow these steps:
If you have a paddle that is eligible for replacement under our 6-month warranty policy. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number, an explanation of the paddle defects, and relevant pictures pertaining to the paddle condition.
After a review by our team, we will determine whether the paddle fits within the warranty criteria. If approved, we will ship out a replacement paddle to the shipping address provided on your original order.
Refunds and replacements will be issued the week a warranty/return claim is resolved. Please note that shipping time may vary by carrier and that refund time may depend on your bank.
